This service is designed to allow landlords to enjoy all the benefits of owning an investment property without having any of the day to day involvement. Landlords can relax in the knowledge that the management of their property is being dealt with by experienced professionals, some of whom own their own buy to lets- we know what you expect from a property management company.
Rent Collection Service
We realise that some landlords are happy dealing with the maintenance and repairs associated with managing their investment property, however when it comes to money and dealing with the rental payments they prefer to employ a third party. Our Rental Collection service offers landlords the peace of mind of having a professional, knowledgeable company dealing with collecting the rent from tenants and any arrears situations which may arise.
There is no fee to switch to this service from another agent.
Tenant Find Only
It does exactly what it says on the tin- we market your property, find you a tenant who fits your requirements, do all the necessary background checks, move them in and then hand over the management of the property and tenancy back to you.
Where the below services are not included as part of your package they are available as optional extras which can be added at any time. For prices please contact the office. The extras include:
