We have recently been accepted to join an exclusive group of national estate agents known for their exemplary standards and professionalism.

Acceptance to the Ethical Agent Network (EAN) is an endorsement of our commitment to doing the right thing.

This is a big deal for us, and here’s why.

The EAN isn’t just any network. It’s a gathering of agencies that stand out for their commitment to customer care, professional integrity, and importantly, a strong moral compass guiding everything they do.

Being accepted into this network isnt a givenIts all about meeting some stringent criteria, which include:

• Having a collection of positive Google Reviews.

• Being hands-on with at least two local community projects every year.

• Abiding by the EAN’s Promise, which means always putting our clients first, never criticising our competitors, investing in our team’s development.

• Passing an interview stage with a panel of the UK’s most respected independent agency leaders.

Community at the heart

One thing that caught the panel’s eye was our involvement with local groups like Galloways Society for the Blind and Penwortham Cricket Club.

We believe in giving back to the community that supports us, and it’s heartening to see this recognised.

Emma Roberts, Managing Director said: “Being part of the Ethical Agent Network isn’t just an accolade; it’s a sign that we’re on the right track. It’s about prioritising our clients and making a positive difference in our community.”

Jerry Lyons, founder of the EAN, was particularly enthusiastic about having us on board. He said: Roberts & Co reputation for top-notch service and community engagement made them an obvious choice. We’re thrilled to have them in the network and look forward to setting new standards in ethical estate agency together.”

What this means for you

For our clients and community, you can expect the same friendly service but with an extra badge of honour. We’re here to ensure your property experience is as smooth and positive as possible, and now we’ve got the backing of the EAN to help us keep doing just that.

We’re incredibly proud of this achievement and can’t wait to continue serving you all with the high standards you’ve come to expect from us. Here’s to making estate agency better for everyone.
